Override details in Currency Codes (CNC) for this daily rate
The following settings can be used to override the details specified in Currency Codes (CNC), for this particular daily rate. Leave these fields blank to use the Currency Codes definition.

Specify this information:
- Description
- The currency name associated with this currency daily rate, for example spot rate.
- Lookup Code
- A lookup code can be used to find a record, as an alternative to the record code. It is often set to a shortened version of the description. It is particularly useful if a record is often referred to using different codes. For example, the Chart of Accounts code for Fuel Expenses is 75201 and the Lookup Code is set to FUELEXP.
- Short Heading
- The short heading, which is used where space is limited. If this is blank it defaults to the first characters of the description.
- Realized Gains Account
- The account code to which any realized gains calculated using this currency rate is posted. The realized gain value is calculated and posted by a number of forms.
- Realized Net/Losses Account
- The account code to which any net realized amounts, or realized losses that are calculated using this rate is posted. These realized net or loss amounts are calculated and posted by a number of forms.
- Click OK to save your changes.
