Deleting a code
To delete a code from the additional code list, select the code and click
.
Note: You cannot delete a code if it is being used by an extension field. A
warning message is displayed.
To assign an additional code list to a custom extension field, from Analysis Dimensions (AND) select from the menu. Select the custom extension field you want to attach the additional code list to and click . The Extension Fields Setup form is displayed. Amend the Reference Code List field to include your new additional code List. The additional codes are now available in the Default Value field.
