Operator ID audit trail transactions

These fields are recorded with transactions as part of the Financials ledger.

Originated Date: The date when the transaction was first created and either held, or provisionally posted, or permanently posted to the ledger.
Originated By: The operator ID of the user who originally created the transaction.
Modified Date (Before Posting): The date on which the transaction was amended for the last time before it was permanently posted to the ledger. This field is used for amendments to both held journals and provisionally posted journals.
Modified By (Before Posting): The operator ID of the user who last amended the transaction before it was permanently posted to the ledger. This field is used for amendments to both held journals and provisionally posted journals.
Modified Date (After Posting): The date of the last time the transaction was amended after it was permanently posted to the ledger.
Modified By (After Posting): The operator ID of the user who last amended the transaction after it was permanently posted to the ledger.
Permanent Posting Date: The date on which the transaction was permanently posted. This is the date that it was converted from provisional to permanent, if it was originally provisional.
Permanently Posted By: The operator ID of the user who permanently posted the transaction, or converted it from provisional to permanent, if it was originally provisional.
