Clearing down the interface tables

When a process report is run, for example a Trial Balance report, records are written to a temporary interface table and the unique id of the process is passed to enable the correct data set to be selected in reporting.

You can then clear down the data that is no longer required in the interface tables by running Clear Interface Tables (CIT).
