Security Policy
To define your security policy, from the menu, select to display the Security Policy dialog.

User Rights
Click the check box on this tab to give users the ability to update their own properties, such as, full name and description.
Users can still change their own password without this check box being checked.
Note: This does not enable them to change their security authentication or group membership.
Expiration
The Expiration tab enables you to define a global setting for all users to lock them out if they have not logged on for a specific number of days.
You can also check the Never Expires check box, so that users are never locked out for this reason.
