Synchronizing menu items to function permissions
The function permissions for the user group represent a constraint on the menu items that may be created for functions. The menu for the user group does not need to be configured to default to those permissions, but where it is, it is useful to enable changes in permissions to be easily reflected in the menu items defined for the user group.
- Access User Group Menu Designer (UGM).
- From the menu, select . Functions permitted but not represented by a menu item will be added to their default group and category.
