Accessing User Group Menu Designer

Note:  The user group of which you are a member must have been granted permission to add User Group Menu Designer as a SunSystems v6.3 menu item in function permissions.
  1. Log on to SunSystems.
  2. Access User Group Menu Designer (UGM).
  3. Within the User Group Menu Designer (UGM) dialog, select the user group for which you wish to create or edit the menu, and click OK.
    Note: The Show drop-down list allows you to filter for those user groups for which a menu is already defined or for those for which a menu is currently undefined.
  4. If the selected user group does not yet have a menu defined, a dialog is displayed which allows you to create a new menu from either Permissions or an existing menu.
    Note: The selected user group can be changed after accessing User Group Menu Designer by use of the Open Menu command.
