After validating a data format, you can test it using a data file:
Open Format Designer.
Select an existing format.
Click Edit Format.
Click Test in the General section.
The Test dialog is displayed.
Click the browse button to upload a file. Select the file to use for testing
the format. The source format file contents are displayed as the input
text.
The test file type must be valid for the format you are testing.
Optionally, modify the input text.
Click Test. The formatted output
data is displayed as the output text.
