Clearing down Transfer Desk settings

You can clear down all profiles, automations, formats, transformations, filters and lookup tables in Transfer Desk, for example, to build a new database.

To clear down all Transfer Desk data:

  1. In Transfer Desk, click Configuration Cleardown. The message You will clear all data in Transfer Desk. Continue? is displayed.
  2. Click Yes to remove all data from Transfer Desk, or No to close the message and cancel the clear down.
