Clearing a user

System administrators may need to clear users when they are locked out of the system due to, for example, system failures.

Note: The Clear option is only available to users who are part of a group that has Security Permissions > Change Security Settings enabled.
  1. Select Security User Activity (SEC) to display the User Activity form.
  2. Highlight the required user on the grid, and click Clear Selected. You can also click Clear All to clear all currently logged in users.
    Note: Users are able to clear their own logins if the group they belong to has the Clear Operator at Login flag enabled.
