Modifying a Backup Set

  1. To edit a backup set, from Report Backups select the Backup Set to be amended and select Edit Backup Set from the toolbar.
  2. To copy a backup set, from Report Backups select the Backup Set to be copied and select Copy Backup Set from the toolbar. Enter a new name for the copied backup set to ensure it is unique.
  3. To delete a backup set, from Report Backups select the Backup Set to be deleted and select Delete Backup Set from the toolbar. A warning message is displayed so you can confirm this action before it is carried out.
