Creating a Report Folder

In Report Manager you can create new folders to contain shared files such as reports accessed by groups of users and design templates, as well as other folders. There are three types of folders:

  • A central files folder that is only visible to the Report Administrator.
  • Folders that are visible from within Report Manager to all users who are members of the User Groups who have been granted access to the folder.
  • Personal folders that are visible to the Report Administrator but, are only visible to the individual user from within Report Manager.

A personal folder is identified as the My Reports folder belonging to a Reporting user.

Note: You can rename a folder by highlighting the relevant folder in the left hand pane, and selecting File > Rename.
