Printing Held Journals
The Held Journal Listing (REPJNH) reports on the journals in the held journals file. These are journals that have been entered into the system but not posted.
You can use Report Designer in SunSystems Reporting Services to design alternative journal listing reports. You can design as many reports as you want, with each showing the information required.
Journal Held Listing (REPJNH)
- Business Unit Code
- The business unit for which the held journals are to be listed.
- Suppress Transactions
- Select No, or leave blank, if the report is to show details of each transaction. Select Yes to show only the date, description, and total values of each held journal. If you suppress the transactions, the description of each held journal is printed by the journal total line.
- Page Break After
- If you want each held journal to start on a new page, enter 1. Otherwise leave blank to print the journals continuously.
