Producing a Financial Table Report

The following steps are required to design, build and produce a Financial Tables report:

  1. Decide what information is required and the order in which data is to be presented.
  2. Design the general format of the report using Financial Table Formats (FTF).
  3. Create rows on the report using Financial Table Rows (FTR).
  4. Create columns on the report using Financial Table Columns (FTC).
  5. Use Financial Tables (FTB) to run the report. You can choose to print the report or store it on disk. If a transfer format has been specified in Financial Table Formats (FTF), then a transfer file is also produced.
