Configuring the export settings

Note: Clicking Default resets the property to the system default value.

To configure the export settings for SSC:

  1. Open Configuration Manager (CGM).
  2. Select SSC > Export.
  3. Configure the system settings:
    Columns to Sort By
Specify the sort order for the table, for example, ACCNT_CODE, PERIOD, TRANS_DATETIME, JRNAL_NO, JRNAL_LINE.
Exclude Empty or Null Values in Export
Select Yes to exclude empty or null values from the output payload. Select No to ensure exact copies of data, for example, for internal transfers. The default value is Yes and must only be set to No with caution as some empty tags can have an unforeseen effect during import.
    Format generated XML
Set to Yes to format generated XML with tabs. The default value is No.
    Max Rows in a Export
Specify the maximum number of rows that can be retrieved from the database during an export. The default value is 0.
    Number of Rows Pre-fetched
Specify the number of rows for prefetching. This value is used by CDR when exporting from the database. It is also used to tune the performance of the export driver. The default value is 200.
  4. Save your changes.
