Tomcat 10.1.x

Tomcat 10.1.x is supported and mandatory for SunSystems 6.3 PS59 and later.

To install Tomcat 10.1.x:

  1. Download the latest Tomcat 10.1.x from https://tomcat.apache.org/download-10.cgi
  2. Unzip the file into a local folder, for example C:\SunSystemsPlatform\
  3. Install PS59
  4. Change environment variable SUNSYS_TOMCAT_HOME to the location of Tomcat 10.1.x, for example C:\SunSystemsPlatform\apache-tomcat-10.1.9\
  5. Run Restart Services for SunSystems
  6. Run Deploy Agent on all application tiers and run Deploy Agent on all web tiers sequentially.

Note: after PS59 is installed, Tomcat 9 is no longer supported. After an uninstall of PS59 and downgrade of Tomcat from 10 to 9, Deploy Agent must be run.
