About Transfer Desk

The TRD Transfer Desk function and its associated components provide the ability to transfer data internally within a SunSystems database and to transfer data to and from external files. These files can be hierarchical, flat, or delimited. This includes the ability to define the external files and how they map to SunSystems data. Transfer Desk functionality includes:

  • Running transfer processes
  • Setting up transfer processes, and file / data formats
  • Filtering and summarizing ledger data
  • Import error correction
  • Editing, running and scheduling transfer processes automatically
  • Automation of multiple transfer processes, logically ordered (prioritized)
  • Viewing the history of results for transfer processes and automations.
