EventProfiles

This component runs the Event Profiles Setup (EVP) function.

Methods

CreateOrAmend: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to create or amend one or more event profiles. The method creates an Event Profile when the profile does not exist and amends the profile when the profile exists. When importing Event Profiles, ensure that the RuleCode field contains no value to prevent data conflicts.
Delete: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to delete one or more event profiles.
Query: Driver Type: Export; Use this method to obtain event profile details or to extract event profile data from SunSystems. A filter is required for Event Profile requests. Use this syntax: /Event Profiles/Event Profile Details/Rule Code=".

Mandatory fields

When creating, amending or deleting an event profile, a value must be supplied for Event Profile Code - payload element <EventCode>.

Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
