Viewing your report output

Once the report has been generated, the report results are displayed. If you chose to produce the report as a web page, the Report Information page is displayed which includes:

Navigation arrows to navigate through the pages of the report
Percentage to zoom in and out of the report
Find and Next fields to search for a word or words
Export drop down box to export the data in the report to a file
Refresh to update the data in the report
Help to display the Help file.

Note: If you redeploy your report, you can simply refresh the output window using the Refresh button from the Toolbar.

Note: If you run a report as a web page from a function, for example Trial Balance, you must turn off pop-up blockers.

Documents usually output as PDF to the Output folder. Therefore, you need a suitable PDF viewing application to be able to open these.
