Overview of the Infor LSP integration

The SunSystems Cloud - Infor LSP integration provides a standard-based PEPPOL e-invoicing solution.

The integration enables electronic invoice delivery to PEPPOL-enabled clients across the EU and other regions. The PEPPOL network is a reliable method for electronic invoicing adoption.

Sales invoices are sent from SunSystems Cloud to Infor LSP with the Sync.Invoice BOD.

SunSystems Cloud and PEPPOL integrated with Infor LSP support these document types:

  • Sales invoices
  • Credit notes

Considerations and limitations

To provide visibility into the electronic invoice status, these Infor OS Portal capabilities are used by SunSystems Cloud:

  • Infor data flow
  • Infor workflows
  • Inbox notifications
Note: You can verify the final invoice status in Infor LSP. Inbox notifications show only partial status information.

Connectivity to the APP is provided through API Gateway API GatewayAPI Gateway. For a list of accredited APPs, see the Infor Localization Services Platform Configuration and Administration Guide. If a preferred APP is not listed, submit a request for Infor LSP through the Infor Customer Portal.
