Requirements

SunSystems Cloud connects to PEPPOL using a customer-provided access point and endpoint, with required components installed by the Infor Cloud team.

Required products

To connect SunSystems Cloud to PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement Online), users must establish communication details. Users obtain a PEPPOL Access Point (AP), which is a service that is purchased from an Access Point Provider (APP). Users also set up an endpoint that becomes addressable in the PEPPOL network.
Note: The required products are installed by the Infor Cloud team. Customers must arrange their own accounts with the APPs.

A PEPPOL endpoint ID contains a participant ID and uses an identifier scheme. The PEPPOL integration with SunSystems Cloud has been tested with a test endpoint, which is a PEPPOL participant identifier that is used only for testing.

Access to the PEPPOL network for PEPPOL invoice registration is provided by the partner Storecove, which is a third-party provider. Infor provides a Storecove license for SunSystems Cloud customers at no additional cost. Storecove is available for purchase under SKU STRC-S‑EINV, which appears in the 3rd party section in CPQ. Note: In case of issues with PEPPOL connectivity, the Storecove subscription, or Infor LSP configuration, log a support request under Infor Localization Services > Infor Localization Services Platform through Infor Concierge in the Infor OS Portal.

Required information

PEPPOL is supported in multiple countries with similar setup requirements. Each supported country can be configured with the procedures that are described in this guide.
