BOD publishing issues

This table shows general BOD publishing issues, their causes, and solutions:

Issue	Possible cause	Solution
The invoice is posted by SunSystems Cloud but the Sync.Invoice BOD is not published to ION.	The data flow in ION is not enabled.	Select Infor OS Portal > ION > Connect > Connection Points > Data Flows Verify whether the dedicated data flow is enabled.
	The connection point is not defined or is defined incorrectly.	Select Infor OS Portal > ION > Connect > Connection Points. On the Connection tab, select the applicable connection point and click Test. If the test fails, reconfiguration is required.
	The value in the Accounting Entity ID field in Infor LSP doesn't match the value in the Business Unit Code field in SunSystems Cloud .	Correct respective values.
	Initial publication in the Integration Data Management (INM) function is not completed.	See Publishing BODs.

Error messages

This table shows internal validation issues and their causes:

Error message	Cause
Payment method cannot be NULL	The payment method is not defined or is defined incorrectly in the Invoice Translation Maintenance window in Infor LSP.
Tax code translation is not available	The tax code is not defined or is defined incorrectly in the Invoice Translation Maintenance window in Infor LSP.
Unit Code Translation is not available	The unit of measure is not defined or is defined incorrectly in the Invoice Translation Maintenance window in Infor LSP Note: The unit code is case-sensitive.
Customer Scheme Identifier cannot be NULL	The E-Invoice Tax Scheme ID and Tax ID fields are not defined or is defined incorrectly in the Customers (CUS) function in SunSystems Cloud.

This table shows external validation issues and their causes:

Error message	Cause
{"errors":[{"source":"invoiceRecipient","details":"No action taken"}],"guid":"XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX"}	The Customer EndPoint ID field is not defined or is defined incorrectly, or the Customer EndPoint ID is not registered in the PEPPOL network. To verify the PEPPOL registration, use the PEPPOL directory.
Tax percentage XX percent does not exist in YY	The tax percentage that is defined in the Value Book Pages (VBP) function in SunSystems Cloud does not match the valid tax percentage for the country. Ensure that the valid tax rate for the country is defined.
