Designer tools use the default user ZZZ with a blank password. If this user does not exist or cannot be used for authentication, the application process starts but the main window does not open. Alternative credentials can be specified using the /U and /P command-line parameters.
- Click the Windows menu.
- Specify cmd in the Search field.
- Specify cd C:\Program Files\Infor\SunSystems\bundles\client\designers\ and press Enter.
- Specify DrillAssiociationDesigner.exe /mode normal /U <username> /P <password> and press Enter.
Note: Both /U and /P must be specified with valid credentials. Specifying /T alone does not override the default user.
Note: To specify a non-default tenant, add the /T parameter. For example, DrillAssiociationDesigner.exe /mode normal /U <username> /P <password> /T <tenant>.
