Registering a domain

You must register your email domain before you start configuring the SMTP server.

In SunSystems Cloud, you can register either a private domain or the default Infor domain. Registering a private domain requires verification and registration by the Cloud team. If you use the Infor domain, this task is not required.
  1. Open Infor CloudSuite Self Service Portal.
  2. Select Multi Tenant > Domains.
  3. Click Add Domain.
  4. In the Add Domain window, specify your company domain.
    Note: You can only use the main domain, for example, infor.com. Subdomains such as mail.infor.com are not supported.
  5. Click Save.
  6. In the Domain Details window, verify whether the verification status of your domain is pending.
  7. Provide the token from the Verification Token field to your IT department.
  8. After the IT department confirms that the verification token is added, click Verify.

    If verification succeeds or fails, the Verification Status field shows the SUCCESS or FAILED message respectively.
