Setting up Purchase Types (PTS) - Accounts

  1. Specify this information:
    Account Recognition Code

    The code for the account to be used on ledger interfaces. When this code is entered on a ledger interface line, the location is searched for the actual account code.

    Account Code
    The account to be used when this Account Recognition Code is used on a ledger interface.
