Unlocking a user

  1. Access http://<servername>:40011/sunsystems/security.
  2. Specify Landlord in the User ID field and specify your password in the Password field.
  3. Select blank in the Tenant menu.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Select a user you want to unlock and click the Unlock icon.
  6. Click OK.
    To verify user's Lock Status, click user user name from the Username column.
