Associating forms with business units

Use this procedure to associate a form with specific business units.

1. Open Infor OS Portal.
2. From the application menu, select SunSystems Cloud.
3. In the search field, specify FRD and select Form Designer (FRD).
4. From the Configuration menu, select Form Access.
5. Select one of the following options:

   No Business Unit Specified

   Select this option only if the form does not contain business unit-specific information.

   All Business Units

   Select this option if the form includes business unit-specific data and you plan to create new business units later.

   Specified Business Units

   Select this option to restrict form usage to selected business units.

6. Click OK to save your settings.
