Editing form action permissions

Use this procedure to define menu action permissions for operator groups.

1. Open Infor OS Portal.
2. From the application menu, select SunSystems Cloud.
3. In the search field, specify FRD and select Form Designer (FRD).
4. Open the form and click Form Actions to open the Form Action Permissions window.
5. In the Available field, select the group you want to edit.
6. Use the up arrow to move the group to the Specified field.
7. With the group selected, select menu action from the Available Actions section and click:

   Enable

   To grant access to the selected menu action.

   Disable

   To remove access to the selected menu action.

   Hide

   To make the selected menu action hidden.

8. To copy permissions from another group, select Apply references with XXXXXX settings, where XXXXXX is the source group.

   You can add as many groups as are available. If you add further groups, you can base the permissions on the settings you have chosen for another group.

   For actions that open subforms, you can specify which form is used by selecting a subform in the Sun Form field. This field is only enabled if a valid Sub Function ID is associated with the selected action.
