Copying, amending, and deleting profiles
Copying profiles
Cloned profiles can be changed to be variants of the original.
To copy a profile, select a profile from the menu and click .
Note: The name you specify must be unique. If is not, a red exclamation mark is displayed and you must specify a different name.
Make your changes and save the new profile.
Updating profiles
To update an existing profile, select a profile from the menu. Make your changes and save the profile.
Note: If you amend the Source Component or the Target Component, all further details must be redefined for the new component. Likewise, if you change the Source Data Format or Target Data Format, you must redefine all related runtime parameters, attached transformations and any other settings (filtering, summarizing, sorting).
Deleting profiles
To delete a profile, select a profile from the menu and click .
