PurchasePriceBookPages

This component runs the Purchase Price Book Pages (PPP) function

It allows you to set up and maintain the pages of a Price book.

Note: Purchase Price Books are maintained using the Purchase Price Book (PPB) function or via payloads using the PurchasePriceBook component.

Methods

BulkCreateOrAmend
Driver Type: DJI
Use this method for the bulk loading of addresses or bulk amendment of addresses, or where performance is critical.
CreateOrAmend
Driver Type: SASI
Use this method to create or amend one or more purchase price book pages. A purchase price book page is created if it does not exist and amended if it does.
Query
Driver Type: Export
Use this method to obtain purchase price book page details or to extract purchase price book page data from SunSystems. In your query you must set Price Book Type - payload element <PriceBookType> to '2' and Price Book Sequence Type - payload element <PriceBookSequenceType> to '2' .

Mandatory fields

  • When creating or amending a purchase price book page, a value must be supplied for the Price Book Definition Code - payload element <PriceBookDefinitionCode>
  • When creating or amending purchase price book page lines, a value must be supplied for Range From - payload element <RangeFrom>
  • When creating or amending purchase price book page lines for promotional items, a value must be supplied for Promotional Item Code - payload element <PromotionalItemCode>
Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
