Deleting data access groups

Note: You must be a member of the Security Administrators group to delete data access groups.

A data access group can not be deleted if there are references to it elsewhere in the SunSystems database.

Complete these steps to delete a data access group.

  1. Select DAG from the SunSystems menu to open Data Access Groups.
  2. Select a code and click Delete.
  3. Click OK to confirm deletion of the group.
