Use Out of Office Delegation (OOD) to delegate your work to another user.
          
         
         
          - Select Out of Office Delegation (OOD) from the SunSystems menu.
 
          - Tick the checkbox I want to delegate to enable delegation.
 
          - Select which functions to delegate. The options are:
           
            
             - Requisition Entry
 
             - Requisition Work Queue
 
             - Purchase Order Work Queue
 
             - Purchase Invoice Work Queue.
 
            
             
          - In the Delegated To field select the user to delegate to.
 
          - Select the date from when delegation starts in From Date.
 
          - Select the date when delegation ends in To Date.
 
          - Enter any relevant comments in the Comments field.
 
          - Click OK to save your changes.
