Detaching standard text from a contract header

You can detach a standard text on a contract in recurring invoicing. Before you detach a standard text on a contract, you must set up a standard text on a contract in the Contract Setup (RCS).

  1. Access SunSystems.
  2. Specify RCS in the search field and select Contract Setup (RCS).
  3. Specify a contract code or select existing one.
  4. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Embed Std Para.
  5. Click Detach Text.
