Deleting forms on the server

Note:  You are not able to delete the forms that are either checked out by another user or that are associated with a business unit unavailable to you. The term business unit refers to your database.
  1. Click the Check Out button on the Standard toolbar, or from the File menu select Check Out, to display the Check Out dialog.
  2. Select the function and the forms to be deleted. Use the Ctrl or Shift keys to select more than one form.
  3. Click Delete to remove the selected forms. A confirmatory message is displayed.
