More Options menu

In the More Options menu, you can manage the filter row, set the preferable rows height, personalize columns and export a table to Microsoft Excel.

To access the More Options menu, click the More Options icon on the Actions toolbar.

Filter

Select Show filter row to activate column filters. Click the [A] menu to select filtering options. These filtering options are available:
  • Contains
  • Does not contain
  • Equals
  • Is Empty
  • Is not empty
  • Ends with
  • Does not end with
  • Starts with
  • Does not start with
Once selected, click Run filter to filter the data. To remove filters click Clear filter.

Row Height

Select your prefered rows height:
  • Extra Small
  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large

Personalise

Click Personalise columns to open the Personalize columns window. Select columns you want to appear when viewing a table and click Close.

You can also use the Search field to find the specific column.

To bring back the default settings, click Reset Default.

Export to Excel

To facilitate exchange of information between installations of SunSystems, you can export information from Security functions. Click Export to Excel to download the data as an .xml file.
