What Selection Criteria are Available on Financial Tables?
You can use any of the following transactions details as a selection criteria dimension for a Financial Tables report. You can then enter a code, or range of codes, against the selection dimension to restrict the transactions included in the table column or row.
- Account Analysis Dimensions (1 to 10)
- Ledger Transaction Analysis Dimensions (1 to 10)
- Account Code
- Account Type
- Allocation Markers
- Currency Code
- Credit Amounts
- Debit Amounts
- Journal Number
- Journal Source
- Journal Type
- Transaction Reference
- Payment/Allocation Reference.
If you are using the Fixed Assets Register, the following options are also available:
- Asset Analysis Dimensions (1 to 10)
- Asset Code
- Asset Marker.
