Adding and maintaining addresses

  1. Complete this information:
    Address Code
    The address code uniquely identifies the address. This might be a shortened version of the customer or supplier name and the type of address. For example, BROWNDEL for the delivery address for Brown and Sons Limited.
    Short Heading
    The Short Heading is used instead of the description where space is limited. If you leave this blank it defaults to the text you have entered in the Address Line 1 field.
    Lookup Code
    Status
    Link Address Code
    Select another alternative address code that may be required instead of this address. For example, if this is the delivery address for a customer, you could link to an alternative delivery address.
    Temporary Address
    This is set if the address is temporary.
