Creating formulae in SunSystems Cloud

The process requires access to both the SunSystems Cloud and an installation of the latest version of the SunSystems Designer Edition.

In the SunSystems Cloud all these formulae elements need to be configured:

  • Value Labels (VLB)
  • Value Books (VBK)
  • Sales Price Book (SPB)
  • Purchase Price Book (PPB)
  • User Defined Inventory Cost (IUC)

Once created, formulae elements can be exported using the Formula Designer Import Export (FDE) function. It creates .csv files that can be imported to SunSystems Designer Edition to create the required formulae.

Once formulae are created, they can be exported out of the SunSystems Designer Edition and uploaded to SunSystems Cloud.
