Exporting formulae files from SunSystems Cloud

  1. In Infor OS Portal, select SunSystems Cloud.
  2. In the Search field, specify SEG and select User groups (SEG).
  3. Select SunSystems Users > ZZZZZ.
  4. In the Permissions menu, select Function.
  5. Select Formula Designer Import Export (FDE).
  6. In the Actions menu, select Enable.
  7. In the User menu, select Sign out.
  8. Sign in to SunSystems Cloud.
  9. Verify whether these functions are added:
    • Value Labels (VLB)
    • Value Books (VBK)
    • Sales Price Book (SPB)
    • Purchase Price Book (PPB)
    • User Defined Inventory Cost (IUC)
  10. In the Search field, specify CBU and select Change Business Unit (CBU).
  11. In the Business Unit Code field, select the required business unit.
  12. In the Search field, specify FDE and select Formula Designer Import Export (FDE).
  13. Click Export.
    This message is displayed: 
    Export Completed Successfully. Exported files saved in Storage in the Data Migration folder.
  14. In the Search field, specify STO and select Storage (STO).
  15. Select Storage > Application > Data Migration and download these files:
    • DOMN_FML_MAP.csv
    • FORMULA.csv
    • ZZZ_PB_DEFN.csv
    • ZZZ_UD_COST_DEFN.csv
    • ZZZ_VLAB.csv
