Reason for Failure is Ledger Details Not Imported

  1. On the Unposted Ledger Details form, select the lines with the Failure Reason shown as Ledger Details Not Imported that you want to remove, and click Review. The Amend Failed Ledger Postings form is displayed.
  2. Select the line to be removed.
  3. Enter the relevant comment in the Removal Comment field.
  4. Select Action > Remove.
  5. A message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to remove the selected line(from the Recover Failed Postings queue. Click Yes to continue or No to cancel the removal.
  6. If you have selected Yes, a further confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes to confirm or No to cancel the removal. If you have selected Yes, the line is removed.
