Running recalculate contracts process

In the Recalculate Contracts (RRC) you can recalculate the values of all selected contracts. It updates any values from the Value or Price Books and from the Item prices where appropriate.

The Recalculate Contracts (RRC) is used after an import of prices or quantities where Q&A is used to report on contract values.

Note: Do not run the Recalculate Contracts (RRC) process after an import as contracts are recalculated during the Generate Invoices (RGI) process or when amending a contract.
  1. Access SunSystems.
  2. Specify RRC in the search field and select Recalculate Contracts (RRC).
  3. Select the RIRC type filter in Filter Name and click OK.
    The selected filter description is displayed in the Description field.
  4. Click Run.
  5. Select contract code in the From and To fields.
  6. Alternatively, select the All check box to select all available contract codes.
  7. Click OK.
