Schedule window
Displays scheduled automations. Automations can be scheduled to run once in the future,
or they can be scheduled to run at regular intervals.
To open the Schedule window, select from the main SunSystems menu and click the Schedule tab.
- Name
- The name of the scheduled automation.
- Automation
- The type of automation.
- Last Start Time
- The last time that the automation was run.
- Last End Time
- The last time that the automation finished running.
- Last Result
- The status of the previous automation.
- Next Start Time
- The next time that the automation is scheduled to run.
- Schedule Start Time
- The time that the automation is scheduled to start.
- Schedule End Time
- The time that the automation is scheduled to end.
- Recurring
- The definition of the automation occurrence.
- Occurrences Remaining
- The number of times the automation will run again.
- Status
- This is displayed as Complete, Complete With Errors, or Failed, depending on whether all, some, or none of the records were successfully processed by the integration.
- Owner
- the operator ID of the user who created the automation.
