Managing folders

Users can create, edit, delete, copy, move, zip folders in the cloud storage location as required.

To create a new directory, click New and specify a directory name. Additional folders can be created within the new directory, and the user can populate it with uploaded files.

Rename a directory by selecting it and clicking Edit.

Delete a folder and its files by selecting it and clicking Delete.

Copy a folder and its files by selecting it and clicking Copy.

Move a folder and files in it by selecting it and clicking Move.

Zip a folder and files in it by selecting it and clicking Zip.

Note: If a user has insufficient permission for the storage folder, then the Insufficient permission to storage folder is displayed.
