Navigating
The intuitive user interface enables easy navigating through the folder
structure.
To move between directory levels, click the folder name in the folder address. Click the folder name to browse the contents.
Where there are more than 10 folders in a directory, use the arrow buttons to scroll across and browse the additional folders.
Click Records per page to select the optimun number of records to view per page. This may depend on your screen resolution.
All folders are accessible from the root folder, which is Storage.
System folders contain application generated files, and are created by default, underneath the Storage folder:
- Application
- SunSystems application files are generated in dedicated function folders, under the Application folder:
- Connect
- All files associated with Transfer Desk and SSC processing are generated in this folder.
- Reporting
- All files associated with reporting are generated in this folder.
Note: If a system folder is missing, then SunSystems generates the correct
folder when required.
Folders created by users are used for uploading and downloading user files.
