Managing files

Users can upload, read, delete, copy, move, zip and unzip files in the cloud storage location as required.

Upload files into storage by dragging and dropping them into the relevant folder. Or, click Select Files to use the browse function.

Download a file by selecting it, then clicking the hyperlink to open it. After it is open, a file can be saved to the your desktop.

Copy files in storage by selecting them, clicking Copy, entering the target folder location to copy them into the new storage location.

Move files in storage by selecting them, clicking Move, entering the target folder location to move them into the new storage location.

Zip files in storage by selecting them, clicking Zip, entering the zip file name to zip them.

Unzip a file in storage by selecting it and clicking Unzip to unzip it.
