Setting up system options

  1. Access SunSystems.
  2. Specify RSO in the search field and select System Options (RSO).
  3. Click Amend.
  4. Specify this information:
    Default Period Offset

    Specify a number from 1 to 11 to use an offset.

    Prorate Method
    The default prorate method is used when no particular prorate method is specified (for example, in the Revenue Reporting (RRR)). It holds the specified prorate method value against the appropriate value on the contract.
  5. Click OK.
