Setting up requisition catalogue

Use Requisition Catalogue Setup (RCG) to create, amend or delete a category or category item.
  1. Select Requisition Catalogue Setup (RCG) from the SunSystems menu.
    The Requisition Catalogue Setup form is displayed.
  2. Select a category from the list.
    The details of the category are displayed:
    Category Name
    The name given to the category.
    Category Description
    The description of the category.
    Parent Name
    The parent category name.
    Is Top Level
    Specifies if the category is the top level category.
    Category Status
    The status of the category. This can be Open, Draft, Closed, Hidden or Suspended.
    The categories are displayed in a tree hierarchy. They can be exploded or imploded accordingly.
