Setting up Sending and Receiving Parameters

  1. In Workflow Configuration (WFC), after creating a workflow definition, click Sending Parameters or Receiving Parameters as appropriate, to display the Integration Workflow Parameters form.
  2. In the Integration Workflow Parameters form, click Add to create a parameter mapping.
  3. Enter a name in the Parameter Name column. The name you enter here must exactly match the corresponding object name in ION Workflow.
  4. In the Map To column click the browse button to display the list of SunSystems transaction fields. The mandatory fields that must be mapped to parameters are identified by a check in the Mandatory Send or Mandatory Receive column, as appropriate. This means you must at least map these parameters for Workflow to work properly for the business process.
