Adding compound conditions

  1. Create a new or open an existing filter.
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Drag the required data item from the data item list and drop it on top of the existing simple condition, with which it is to be combined, within the filter edit area.
    • Drag the required simple condition from its existing position within filter edit area and drop it on top of the existing simple condition, with which it is to be combined.
    Note: If the target is read-only or the resultant criteria cannot be saved in the current business unit format, the cursor displays as a no-entry sign and the compound condition is not created.

    You may now wish to add sort criteria to your filter.
