Performing a Ledger Archive Inquiry

The Ledger Inquiry - Archive option allows you to display the archived and current transactions posted to a particular account. This inquiry is run using the Ledger Inquiry option by selecting the Ledger Inquiry - Archive filter type.
Note: You can print the archived and current transactions for an account.
  1. Select the Ledger Inquiry option from SunSystems to display the Control Desk Filter Selection form.
  2. Select SALQA as the Filter Type Code.
  3. Select Archive Inquiry as the Filter Name.
  4. Click Run to display the Ledger Archive Inquiry form.
  5. Enter the selection details.
  6. Click OK to extract the records.
  7. The account transactions, including archive transactions, appear on the Ledger Inquiry - Archive window.
